Applications and Builders Pavement Plans
Krypton Engineering designs and prepares DOT applications for Builder‘s Pavement Plans and the permitting of sidewalks, curb cuts, vaults, and other NYC DOB site civil structures. Every major development in NYC requires a sidewalk, curb, and paved roadway along the public right-of-way that abuts the developed property. KE designs all public infrastructure work to be in compliance with current DOT standards of construction, details, standard specifications, and Highway Rules.
KE will work closely with the client to develop special and custom sidewalks, and residential drop curb / curb cut applications for commercial and residential driveways, and coordinate with the Landmarks Preservation Commission for all aesthetic approvals, if applicable.
